Thank you for shopping with SPY KIDS®. Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer easy returns and replacements as per the policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns and replacements for both defective and non-defective products within the return window.
You may request a return if:
✔ Wrong product received ✔ Damaged or defective item ✔ Missing items or parts ✔ Product not functioning as described ✔ Change of mind / no longer needed ✔ Size or suitability issues
2. Return Window
Customers may initiate a return request within 7 days of delivery.
Requests raised after 7 days may not be accepted.
3. Product Condition for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unused and unwashed • In original packaging • With all accessories, manuals, tags & freebies • In resellable condition
(Condition requirements do not apply to damaged/defective items.)
4. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return once used or opened, unless received defective or damaged:
• Baby feeding products (bowls, bibs, plates, spoons, cups, etc.) • Baby oral care products • Personal care & grooming products • Clearance/flash sale items • Items marked “Non-Returnable” on product page
Unused items in original sealed condition may still be eligible.
