❌ Cancellation Policy – SPY KIDS® (spykids.in)

We understand that orders may need to be modified or cancelled. Our policy is simple and customer-friendly.

1. Order Cancellation Before Shipping

You can cancel your order before it is shipped:

• Go to your account → Orders → Cancel
  OR
• Email us at support@spykids.in with your Order ID

Once cancelled, prepaid refunds take 3–7 working days.

2. Cancellation After Shipping

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
You may refuse delivery, and once the package returns to us, a refund will be processed.

3. COD Orders

COD orders cannot be modified after shipping.

4. SPY KIDS® Right to Cancel

Nigam India Innovations may cancel an order if:

• The product is out of stock
• The address is incomplete or unserviceable
• Payment verification fails
• Order appears fraudulent

A full refund will be issued (if prepaid).
