1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:
✔️ Wrong product received
If you receive an item different from what you ordered.
✔️ Damaged or Defective product
If the product is damaged, broken, or has a manufacturing defect.
✔️ Product not functioning as described
If the product does not work as advertised on our website.
✔️ Missing items in the package
If any item from a combo/set is missing.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless received in a damaged or defective condition:
If approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged from your location (subject to availability).
Step 4:
Once the item is received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed.
5. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued only after we receive and check the returned product.
Refund mode:
Prepaid orders → Refund to the original payment method
Cash on Delivery orders → Refund via bank transfer/UPI
Partial refunds → Issued if only part of a combo is affected
Refunds typically take 3–7 business days after inspection.
6. Conditions for Accepting Returns
To ensure approval, the product must be:
Unused
In original packaging
With all parts, accessories, manuals, and freebies
Free from stains, marks, or physical damage (not applicable for defective items)
7. Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible; however, you may request a return after delivery (as per eligibility).
8. Replacement Policy
We provide free replacement if:
A wrong item was delivered
The product is defective
Parts/accessories are missing
Damaged during delivery
Replacement is subject to stock availability.
9. Failed Delivery / RTO
If a package returns to us due to:
Wrong address
Phone number not reachable
Buyer not accepting the parcel
We may contact you to re-ship. Additional shipping charges may apply for resending the order.
